At Chintique, we hope you are completely satisfied with the products you have purchased. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be available to assist you at any time.
We hope to receive any feedback about the product before you return it, as this will help resolve the return issue.
Return eligibility – You can return the goods within 30 natural days after receiving them.
Customized or personalized products are usually not eligible for return.
To qualify for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.
Within 30 natural days of receiving the goods, the product packaging, accessories, gifts, and instructions are complete and free from any human damage. They have not been activated for use and do not affect secondary sales.
Within 30 natural days of receiving the goods, it is discovered that the product has quality issues that are not caused by human factors.
Except for product quality issues, returns caused by other reasons shall be borne by the return shipping fee.
The buyer shall bear the return shipping cost and any related expenses.
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be returned.
Initiate a return

Refund time
We always make every effort to satisfy our customers, and we are always here. You will receive the refund within 15 working days, which may take longer on weekends or holidays. After we issue the refund, you will receive an email reminding you to check. The refund will be issued using your original payment method.
Regarding refunds
1. The refund does not include shipping fees, you can receive the amount after deducting the shipping fees.
2. If your order does not include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund of the product, equal to the price displayed on our website (the original price of the product) minus the shipping fee.
3. If your order includes promotions or discounts, and some of the products in the order are refunded, the products you keep will no longer be eligible for discounts that do not meet the conditions.
Return cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and taxes. We recommend using a carrier with tracking capabilities, such as FedEx or UPS. Chintique is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods during transportation.
Return status: Please confirm with your delivery courier that we have received the item you returned.
